Guiomatic allows each of our clients’ access to their private Online Control Panel (OCP) where they can access various tools, such as their personalized Content Management System (CMS) and view real-time analytics 24 hours a day. In your private area you will also be able to view and download reports of all the users who have downloaded guidebooks using your platform as well as view and download usage reports.

Our Content Management System (CMS) was designed to allow all our clients an easy-to-use tool that allows for the publishing, editing and codifying of all their content from a central interface. The Guiomatic CMS provides a collaborative environment where our clients can insert custom content, greetings or add images, and add/modify/eliminate content. Clients can even add new languages and destinations and custom advertising.

Our technology also gathers all user input (destination, dates, name, time of download, device, IP, interests, type of traveler, and any custom fields included in the widget) and makes that information available ( can be viewed or downloaded easily in csv files) directly through our OCP. We also have an API available which allows all this information to hook directly into our clients CRM.
